No Wager is binding until such confirmation is issued. 666rs reserves the right to refuse any Wager at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error on the 666rs Platform, 666rs reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and refund the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings resulting from obvious errors — including pricing errors that render a bet clearly mispriced relative to the true market — will not be paid and the Wager will be voided. 666rs is not liable for any losses arising from system outages or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 666rs's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The 666rs Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 666rs makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, free of viruses or harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
